The third week of Auburn’s spring practice continued Wednesday, with the Tigers gearing up for a return to Jordan-Hare Stadium on Saturday for their final scrimmage before the A-Day Game.

After Bryan Harsin’s four offensive position coaches had their first interview sessions with the media Monday, the four defensive position coaches — Nick Eason, Bert Watts, Jeff Schmedding and Zac Etheridge — spoke for more than an hour combined about the progress their units have made during spring ball.

In the same style as Tuesday’s newsletter from the offensive position coach media day, here are 20 takeaways from the defensive position coach media day. From a defensive line depth chart of sorts to high praise for a pair of standout defensive backs, there’s a lot of ground to cover with this latest quartet.
