Enjoyed the recap, but I have a slightly different take on the final play. First of all, Newell clearly shoved Dylan in the back. It was worse than whatever it was that they called on Denver, but Pat Adams (shockingly!) did not see it. And then, Newell in no way tipped the ball. He caught it and shot it in less than .3 seconds. That is simply not possible. Compare it to the shot clock violation on Auburn, where the ball was about to leave the shooter’s hand at .6 seconds, and it was determined -correctly, I would say - that he did not get it off. The entire sequence at the end was just another instance of SEC officials trying to make it about themselves. Eventually, they are going to cost us a game.
