Justin and Dan open the show by looking at what’s at stake for Auburn football at the end of what has been a disappointing stretch of home games to start the 2024 season. They look at how the visit from Oklahoma could be make or break when it comes to having any chance at an improved record this fall.
The guys, as usual, break down both sides of the ball. First up is Auburn’s offense — which might need to tweak its strategy, no matter who starts at quarterback — against an Oklahoma defense that has been excellent through four games. Then it’s a switch over to what Auburn’s defense can do to keep a struggling Oklahoma offense in the mud for four quarters.
Towards the end of the episode, they talk Georgia-Alabama, what they learned on the first day of Auburn basketball practice, how Dan had never seen the movie Whiplash and the Danny McBride Television Universe.
