Football: Auburn 24, Mississippi State 10

After melting down in the fourth quarter against Texas A&M a week earlier, it looked like one half of Auburn football wasn’t going to re-freeze for most of a cold night in Starkville on Saturday.

However, an Auburn offense that had — up until last week — played well in the fourth quarter found a late spark in what was a 24-10 win at Mississippi State to close a challenging 2020 all-SEC regular season.
