Bizilia's was my go to breakfast on many Saturday mornings (or any day matter of fact). I was also sorry to see it wasn't there last time I was in town.
1. Insomnia Grill (goalpost on N Donahue): hole-in-the-wall vibe with excellent food, great mix of American (burgers, wings, chicken) and Mediterranean (gyros, kabobs) classics
2. Agave Loco (Opelika Rd): Great portion sizes at a good price; solid Mexican cuisine; great for takeout service which is how I typically got it
Is this the episode to share food recommendations? If so ...
Chickchickporkpork - do you know how many *actual* Korean fried chicken places there are in the entire state? I only know of 3.
Bow and Arrow - the ultimate combination of Tex and Mex.
All my Grubserving is painfully out of date but:
-Twice Baked. Havent been since they moved but have a real soft spot for them. Dude would be playing 2k then hand you the remote while he cooked
-Bizilia’s. rip apparently ☹️ enjoyed Big Blue Bagel as a backup, put up w/ the occasional hair
-Burgerfi. Not a local spot ofc but their breakfast burger changed my life
