After a brief discussion of Auburn basketball’s newly announced charity exhibition game in November against a new-look Florida Atlantic squad, Justin and Dan break down a crucial SEC football opener for the Tigers against some familiar visitors in the Arkansas Razorbacks.
They start with the matchup between Auburn’s defense and Arkansas’ offense, which now has a new man in charge in Bobby Petrino and a new quarterback under center. The guys look at which position groups must step up after a slow start to the season, how the Razorbacks’ offensive line is explosive but susceptible and why the No. 1 priority in the game has to be slowing down a powerful rushing attack.
Then they switch over to Auburn’s offense vs. Arkansas’ defense, headlined by all the unknowns about Hank Brown heading into his first start against legitimate competition. Justin has an idea for how the Tigers can best attack Travis Williams’ unit. Dan gives his top three storylines for the matchup.
