Okay, did Coach Harsin himself not say that JJ Peagues can be used in all three phases of the game. JJ’s future in the NFL is not at TE. He will be a star at the DL. At least, that is what people who know a lot more about football than I do have said about him. It makes total and complete sense and you guys saying it doesn’t make sense to you is one of the most nonsensical things I have heard you guys say. He could be a good Full-Back up too and TE. Why pigeon-hole him like you guys are saying to do.

Now, onto J-Johnson-you guys were dead right about him. He is going to be a star if he can stay healthy. I am excited about what he does this season. He may be short, but he doesn’t care. Good call on him! On a side note: that kid has a great attitude and is a hard worker in the classroom!

Keep up the good work and thank God bama lost! Painter they live in my head rent free too!

I can’t wait to put 2020-2021 behind us and move on to 2021-2022! War Eagle fellas!

Agree to disagree, but I just have a hard time believing Pegues is destined to become a star at a position he’s never played at a high level — and it would take him a while to make the transition to DL, which is one of the deepest groups on the roster to begin with. I think he’s a good offensive player who could focus his development there as a TE and FB. Just my take.

Thanks for listening and the feedback, Sparkey. Glad we’re on the same page about Ja’Varrius!

Yeah, I must completely and whole heartedly disagree! One question to you: do you really think he is good enough to get drafted at TE.

Anyway, Thanks for the reply man! I spread the word about you guys too. I was a sports journalist for 6 years and had my own podcast for four years as well and I know it isn’t easy to put yourself out there and state an opinion when someone can bash it constantly having hindsight on their side.

He’s gonna have to get some more balls thrown his way to become a draftable TE, and I *think* this is the staff that could get them there. I wonder if he’ll slim down at some point, though.

And thank you! Always love to hear people spreading the word, and like that you’ve got that former journalist/podcaster perspective on what we do. That means a lot!

Good episode.

I wonder if we’ll ever see the wildcat again. Kinda doubt it.
