I expected us to win a gritty game, but I did not expect that against Cal. Hopefully this unveiled some blind spots to help the staff focus their player development and adapt the game plan accordingly, but also strengthened the team chemistry to lift each other up on a rough night and hit practice hard this week.
Love the optimism. Main reason Auburn won was we were beneficiaries of some really questionable officiating. This game reminds me of 3-2 more than even last year’s Mizzou game.
