The boys discuss the red flags, the opportunity, and how Auburn got here.
Yes, I appreciate the Big J journalism, as well, which you based on the factual evidence of the landscape around this hire. I think just accepting this decision bc the boosters made it is a bit of a sheep mentality on the part of many Auburn fans. To me, caring about the Auburn brand and the school itself is as important a part of being an Auburn fan. It's not only about winning games, if this hire even guarantees such. Nevertheless, here we are, and we will all equally endure the hooker jokes from opposing fan bases until we leave this earth. But knowing that there are other Auburn fans who share my sentiments make me still be able to say, "It's great to be an Auburn Tiger." Thanks, guys.
This was a fun listen. Feel the same as y'all. Can't believe we ended up here but repeatedly slamming ourselves in the balls is part of being an Auburn fan.
What is the question, you can't keep doing this to us Painter
Y’all pretty much summed up my thoughts on the coaching search. The AD’s embracement of “JABA” should have been a giant tell.
Dave, I’m with you brother, better be some Gucci wearing, RR driving lineman rolling around campus in the very near future.
Enjoyed it, thanks fellas.
From now on, just do shows that are in full agreement with my views.
This is the big-J Journalism I subscribe for. Thanks fellas.
Haven't gotten to the depressing part yet. Food takes: onions are gross, not a fan of peanut butter so a no on pbj for me, but PB/banana/honey is really good for some reason. I'll pass on the PB/banana/mayo though lol.
Big fan, but not for this episode. It was painful to listen to. I understand you don’t like the hire, but this episode was bad. Couldn’t finish. Just
A really bad bad show.
I usually listen to FOTP but barely made it through 12 minutes before stopping. Does it get any more interesting or just more of the same?
After 5 years of not having much hope, we finally got a new coach - really didn't want to hear you guys crap on him right out of the chute. Everyone knows the issues. He's here. Would be great to give him a shot before driving negative sentiment with your listeners. Prolly my last listen, if that's all you took from the news.
time to submit to Brother Hugh fellas
All of this was based on information which has now been shown to be incorrect. Including the report that Auburn forced him to give up his twitter. No sense in continuing to listen to this. Love Justin, but this “friends of the program” is complete nonsense. Do some homework and try again.
