Justin and Dan open the show by looking back at Tuesday night’s blowout win for Auburn over what had been a red-hot Oklahoma offense. The guys talk about the Tigers’ ability to shut down the Sooners’ offense and why Bruce Pearl downplayed an offensive performance where they nearly scored 100 points. Dan makes a point about Denver Jones’ recent surge.
The guys then switch over to the Florida showdown on Saturday inside Neville Arena. Justin shows why Florida could end up being the second-best team in the SEC, based on its Auburn-like balance on both ends of the floor. The guys look at Walter Clayton’s injury situation, marvel at the Tigers’ home dominance so far this season and highlight the matchups to watch in this game.
The episode ends with a tour around the rest of Saturday’s games in the SEC, along with some closing Grubservervations on Korean fried chicken and more.
